Organization

According to staff allocation basis of the land offices in Taichung City, the following personnel is allocated: 

One Director in charge of general office affairs, supervision of operations and work carried out by the staff at each level, execution and instruction of missions and orders given by the top level and other tasks that need to be accomplished; 

One Secretary assisting the Office Director to manage office affairs, audit land registration, measurement, evaluation, use, text information(including diagrams and tables) and other temporary tasks;  

Four to five Supervisors in charge of team affairs; for office without the establishment of Team 4, Team 3 will take over the responsibility;

One HR Manager allocated according to "Points Governing Personnel Allocation of Personnel Agencies at Each Level Affiliated to the Executive Yuan" enacted by the Personnel Administration Bureau of the Executive Yuan in charge of HR affairs, enactment and execution of HR work plan, appointment and dismissal, transfer, appraisal, reward and discipline, training, on-the-job studies, salary, benefits, allowances, retirement and pension of the office, and other temporary tasks; 

One Director of Accounting Office allocated according to the "Principles for Quota Allocation of BAS personnel" enacted by Budget, Accounting and Statistics, the Executive Yuan in charge of budget affairs of the office, accounting affairs and statistics, other temporary tasks, and public documents related to budget, accounting, and statistics;

Team 1: 1 Supervisor, 2 Specialists, 8 members, 3 Assistants and 1 Janitor;  

Team 2: 1 Supervisor, 1 Senior Technical Specialists, 9 Technicians, 2 Assistant Technicians, 18 Measurement Assistants and 1 Janitor;  

Team 3: 1 Supervisor, 3 team members and 1 Assistant;

Team 4: 1 Supervisor, 3 team members, 1 Clerk and 1 Janitor;

Information Team: 1 Supervisor, 1 Manager and 1 Assistant Manager.
